This form is to be used when a sales enquiry is made over the phone and no-one in sales is available to take the call.
When capturing the caller's details please make sure as a minimum you capture the following details:
Email address (this is a must as the form won't work without it)
Description of the caller's requirements
Once the form is submitted, a record is created in the CRM and a notification is sent to the sales team to follow up the call.
