Managed Monitoring

Monitoring your data, could make all the difference.

Managed monitoring usually includes infrastructure and back-ups, but also could include monitoring your PCs.

Monitoring your servers and back-ups is an easy way to get notified of issues before they become failures. Our 24 x 7 managed monitoring systems flag problems dynamically which lowers the risk without having to pay someone to manually check each day.

We provide your business with updates on the issues that arise, and the recommendations we would deliver on. Managed monitoring can truly provide insight into what is necessary of your current systems to not fail when necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

24 x 7 x 365 OR 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri
24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we keep constant watch of your systems. We identify trends, viruses, malware, functionality issues, and much more. As one would realise, this is priceless in ensuring that a proactive approach is taken in order to maintain your systems.

Reporting and documentation
We provide very clear, concise reporting and documentation of all our findings, issues resolved and possible scenarios. These reports and documents provide us and our clients, with a deeper understanding of what is currently happening and how we could alter IT components to be more efficient.

Receive calls, SMS and email alerts
As part of our agreement, we ask which is the best method of contact, to let you know of an issue occurring. We can appreciate that sometimes a phone call is not always the best method of contact, and in some scenarios, emails are also a hassle, to which an SMS update is also available so you can have your mind at ease, where ever you might be.

Monthly updates
Your business will receive a monthly update on all the consumption, activities, changes and resolutions. This is so that all our work is completely transparent and we determine how your usage can be altered if necessary, as the contract progresses. Managed monitoring solutions include monthly reports that are necessary from IT providers for many reasons. If your current IT provider is not updating you monthly on how your contract is progressing, from the calls and issues resolved, through to the monitoring, then you need to change your IT provider.

Benefits
