Alpha Omega Education (AOE) is an after-school-hours education institute that has been trading since 1990. AOE specialises in providing learning experiences for children starting from the age of 4 onwards.
Detailed student records management and billing called for enhanced technology
AOE’s scattered Centre Managers usually remotely connect to the centralised server in order to access Microsoft Excel spread-sheets for their daily operational and sales related functions. In summary, the duties fall into one of the following business functions:

This system integrated all the spreadsheets and had workflows to accommodate the changing requirements of AOE’s students, parents and teachers. The staff were now able to provide a detailed weekly and / or monthly family statement report that would include how many students from a particular family enrolled for AOE’s services, the list of services they enrolled in along with the payments made and due. This was a big step in enhancing customer experience.
With the help of the new Student Management System, management were able to analyse the outcome of a particular program or marketing campaign. This helped them plan their future services and promotional activities better.
